The purposes of the WGRS are to promote large scale model trains and garden railroading in and around the state of Wisconsin, to provide individual and family large scale hobbyists the opportunity to share their railroads and enjoy the fellowship of others with common interest, and to provide education and information to its members and the general public regarding large scale trains and garden railroading.
